Special 8s Race

July 11, 2009 - 6:58 p.m.

This event brings a level of competition to those individuals with special needs. The event gives competitors the ability to "develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special 8s participants and the community."

Special 8s will run 100 yards. All participants will receive a medal.

Please make plans to attend this event and cheer on the participants as they go for the gold!
