Join in Celebrating 30 Years of Fun by hosting an Official Fun Fest Block Party. On Friday July 9, Saturday July 10, and Sunday July 11, several groups, organizations and neighborhoods will host a variety of parties throughout the Kingsport area. Fun Fest Block Parties, sponsored by Culligan of Tri-Cities, will include food, games, music and fun. Block Parties are a fantastic way to meet new neighbors and friends or to just catch up. To qualify as an official Fun Fest Block Party, you must be one of the first 100 Block Party applications returned. Applications will be available at the Fun Fest Store in the Kingsport Town Center or you can call Culligan of Tri-Cities. Completed applications should be returned to Block Parties, P.O. Box 1037 TCAS, Blountville, TN 37617 by July 1. As an official Block Party, Culligan of Tri-Cities will furnish the host/hostess with plastic souvenir cups and posters for their party.
