 VFIS, J Mark Bowery Insurance Inc. and KASC is pleased to present the 2010 Fire Safety Rodeo on Saturday, July 17 from 9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m. at Holston Army Ammunition Plant/BAE Systems-4509 West Stone Drive. Teams of volunteer firefighters compete for the fastest time in several evolutions displaying skills utilized during fire-ground operations. This is a crowd-pleasing event that gives well-deserved recognition to our local volunteers. There is no admission charge for spectators, so bring a lawn chair and support your local volunteer fire fighters. Pre-registration is required, and you may pick up forms at the Fun Fest Store in the Kingsport Town Center.
