Future Stars of the Game and Fletcher Baseball wants to welcome you to the First Future Stars of Baseball World Series event in Kingsport, Tennessee on July 25-31, 2009. Instead of playing as your regular team name, you have a chance to play as the New York Yankees, Boston Red Sox or the Atlanta Braves. As a part of the tournament entry fee, each team will receive from Outdoor Cap a MLB licensed logo cap of that team and from Majestic Athletic a MLB license logo 2 button jersey and their new Cool Base Crewneck jersey.

This tournament is a non-qualifying event. It is first come, first serve. We will take-in ages 8 thru 14, 16 teams in each age group. We will have 8 American League teams and 8 National league teams. Teams will have 4 interleague pool play game (AL vs NL), then teams will be seated in 4 double elimination tournaments. The top 4 AL teams and the top 4 NL teams will play their double elimination tournaments with the winners of each, playing a 2 out of 3 World Series. The runner-ups in the AL and NL will play one game for third place. This same format will be used for the lower 4 AL and NL teams. Teams are GUARANTEED 6 Games.
